1 bungee cord (200 ft.)
1 detailed waiver
After convincing a brave pigeon to accept a free bungee jump, make it sign a detailed waiver. Take the balloon up to 150 feet and tie a 200 ft. bungee cord around the body of the bird. When he's ready let him "fly." Bring the balloon down and see if you have any other takers.
