The New York Post puts My Name Is New York on Required Reading List

The New York Post reviews My Name Is New York: Ramblin’ Around Woody Guthrie’s Town by Nora Guthrie and the Woody Guthrie Archives for their Required Reading List in July. In time for Woody’s centennial, The New York Post outlines the book, informing readers “this splendid little volume reads like a scrapbook, with fabulous photos (Guthrie and guitar on subway, at McSorley’s), listings from his address book…posters, lyrics sheets and more. Plus, we get the lowdown on Guthrie landmarks such as where he wrote ‘This Land is Your Land.’”
