• Please send prepaid to the proper address clearly marked “RETURNS.” To receive full value on your returns, complete invoice information must be provided for each title.
• All books must be in print, in good condition and less than 18 months old from your invoice date.
• If you send in returns that are not in acceptable condition or are out of print they will be returned to you and the freight charges billed back to you.
• Credit memos will be applied to future purchases only, and cannot be applied to past due invoices. Credit memos are valid for one year from date of issue.
Lost Shipments/Damages/Shortages Policy:
All claims for lost shipments, damages or shortages must be made within 30 days of receipt.
