About the authors

Norbert Guthier was born in 1954 in Heppenheim, Germany. He studied from 1978 to 1982 at the University of Darmstadt and has workded as a freelance photographer ever since. Guthier started to expose his personal work in 1991; he also contributes to various magazines and works for TV stations. In 2000 he won the award of the bff. Guthier lives and works in Germany and Spain.
